Since childhood Ayush Jain is interested in strength related sports such as wrestling. He gained his strength by physical fitness exercises. He likes to do bodybuilding exercises such as doing push-ups, squats, pull-ups, and traditional sit-ups.
A Bodybuilder can build his structure with prolonged hard work and dedication. They should spend hours in physical exercises and should arrange a special diet for them self. Their diet can consist of rice (along with other starches), pulses (dal), vegetables, fruits, mango, banana, jackfruit, and guava.
